Professional first class service and treatments . What a delight

I attended Verve aesthetics in March 2026 for “threading” to my face addressing jowls. I have to say from the start of the sessions to the end both Ruth and her husband Mark were excellent. Mark is a GP which was so reassuring and gave me 100 % confidence that he was familiar with my medical history and knew exactly what he was doing. Ruth was just lovely - she has had similar procedures and was able to give me information based on first hand experience. Ruth remained in the treatment room throughout the procedure giving me support while supporting her husband with products and instruments. I did not have one moment of pain or concern! And I have a follow up appointment to ensure the procedure is working. I cannot recommend Verve (Ruth and Mark) highly enough from beginning to end just excellent -

From the moment I walked in at my consultation and subsequent treatment the atmosphere felt calm, professional, and welcoming, mostly due to the lovely Ruth. Dr Mark made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatments, took the time to listen, and explained everything with such depth and clarity. His knowledge, skill, and gentle manner really set him apart, and I felt safe and well cared for every step of the way. I left feeling not only happy with my results, but also confident in the care I received. Five stars — and I’ll absolutely be back.

Fabulous advice and guidance given by Dr Mark. You feel very safe being guided due to his immense knowledge. Dr Mark really puts you at ease. Results are so natural. Tracey- what can I say .. so friendly and so patient -with my array of questions. Just brilliant facial treatments, all hand tailored to my needs- thank-you - you are a star!
